Millions of people witnessed today's total lunar eclipse, and that means there were plenty of cameras snapping in the darkness. We've put together this sampling from the photos submitted via FirstPerson, Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.

This was the last total solar eclipse until 2014, but there'll be plenty of other sky phenomena between now and then — including an unusual "diamond ring" annular solar eclipse next May, a Venus transit in June, a total solar eclipse in November, and meteor showers galore. Please keep us in mind whenever you've got a cool picture of the cosmos, and thanks for passing along slick eclipse pics like these:

Humza Mehbub sent this composite image of the lunar eclipse from Lahore, Pakistan. The multiple exposures show Earth's shadow creeping across the moon's disk from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Lahore, when the eclipse hit its peak.

Anthony Citrano

Anthony Citrano, a fashion photographer from Venice, Calif., captured this pre-dawn view of the eclipse as seen over Malibu and the Santa Monica Mountains. "Before going to bed at 1 a.m. ... I considered setting my alarm to get up and shoot the eclipse," Citrano wrote. "I was feeling quite tired - and lazily decided not to set the alarm. But my subconscious mind was determined, because I nevertheless awoke four hours later. I got out of bed, looked out the window, and it was just starting to go into shadow. I shot a few hand-held shots from my home in Venice - and then hopped in the car and drove the mile or two to the Santa Monica bluffs. This shot is the result. ... Running out the door I didn't notice I was traveling with a nearly-dead battery - and no spares - and this lens is really hard on power. German science writer Daniel Fischer captured this picture of the total eclipse during a trip to Ranihet, India. "Took a lot of pictures with different settings, as a guide for the next total lunar eclipse - which, unfortunately, is now 3 years away." Cartographer Michael Zeiler sent in this composite photo that captures the last partial stages of the lunar eclipse as seen from Los Alamos, N.M. "Total lunar eclipse began two minutes after sunrise where I live," Zeiler wrote. "I tried to capture a photograph of the selenelion, but missed it by a couple of minutes." Zeiler's website is the aptly named Eclipse-Maps.com, and he has produced charts for the May annular solar eclipse as well as the November total solar eclipse. "My map of the transit of Venus is on page 70 of the January 2012 Sky and Telescope," he says.

JoAnne and Michael Schnyder sent this picture of the partial eclipse from Cape Verde, Ariz. This was the view at 6:45 a.m. MT, at a stage when Earth's shadow hadn't yet completely covered the moon's disk but you could already make out the reddish eclipse glow.

For some observers in the western U.S., the eclipse provided the seemingly impossible opportunity to catch the sunrise and the moonset simultaneously - a phenomenon known as "selenelion." Adam Gray sent in these two photos that show the brightening sunrise sky in the east and the darkening moon in the west. "The marine layer started to roll in right at about the time of totality," Gray wrote.

Menurut pakar kesehatan gigi dan mulut, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Muhammad Kamal Musadad, gigi implan biasanya terbuat dari titanium yang berfungsi menggantikan akar gigi. Gigi yang akan ditanam itu akan memiliki bentuk dan fungsi yang kualitasnya mendekati gigi asli.
"Gigi implan saat ini memang menjadi metode yang paling berhasil ditemukan di dunia kedokteran gigi. Metode ini menghasilkan gigi yang paling berkualitas melebihi metode-metode yang lain," katanya.

Ia mengatakan, selama ini yang umum digunakan masyarakat adalah gigi tulang lepasan, gigi tulang lengkap, dan gigi tulang cekat. Metode-metode itu jauh di bawah gigi implan yang permanen, sehingga tidak perlu melakukan pelepasan dan pembersihan gigi secara berkala.
"Perbedaan gigi implan hanya berupa tidak adanya gerakan individual yang dimiliki oleh gigi asli," kata dosen Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi (FKG) UMY itu.

The Story Begin (Gambaran Singkat)

Keripik singkong maicih lahir di bulan juni 2010 (ownernya juga lupa tanggalnya), FOUNDER nya adalah Dimas Ginanjar Merdeka (Bob merdeka), konsep awal penjualan adalah door to door, dan dulu cara ordernya bisa melalui twitter (@bobmerdeka) dan dia memulai usaha ini bersama pasangannya mei_ra. 

keripik singkong ini dimulai dari plastik polos (tanpa logo) dan diberi nama "maicih" oleh bob merdeka, pertama kali di pasarkan tidak berlevel, hanya 1 jenis = Pedas saja, para pembeli pertamanya tidak lain hanyalah kalangan teman2nya saja (sma 2 bdg / Unpar bdg) dari saran,masukan dan kritik, munculah maicih ber level dari 1-10 (namun karena alasan repot akhirnya disempitkan menjadi level 3,5, dan 10 saja) 

logo pertama maicih dibuat oleh teman dari si bobmerdeka , dan di maicih mulai mempunyai logo sejak juli 2010, hingga desember 2010 berganti logo dikarenakan semakin banyaknya peminat + logo dirasa butuh improvisasi, logo baru ini bertahan cukup lama (termasuk acara Trademark dan pruungout, serta event2 lainnya) hingga akhirnya dikarenakan satu dan lain hal (termasuk inovasi dari CV maicih) muncullah logo baru maicih sekarang yang sudah dilengkapi oleh DINKES dan HALAL, dimana untuk pembuatan kedua izin tersebut dibutuhkan HAK PATEN dari nama "maicih" sebagai merk dagang (makanan ringan)

 Logo kedua maicih yang dipakai dari Desember 2010 - Mei 2011, menjadi kontroversi karena digunakan oleh "maicih" lain, dan di Claim menjadi logo mereka (padahal nama "maicih" nya aja ga punya) 

 Salah satu Foto dari bob merdeka saat event trademark di bandung (bob merdeka yang menjadi penggagas usul agar maicih bisa masuk ke dalam event besar tersebut, diamini oleh panitia yang memang mengetahui bahwa bob merdeka adalah owner+founder dari maicih.

Mengapa lebih sering AXL yang muncul di media dan televisi?? awalnya dia hanya "ikut-ikutan" untuk berjualan maicih, bahkan pada awal masuk media bob merdeka lah yang disorot, sebagai kakak kandungnya bob merdeka mendelegasikan "MARKETING" kepada AXL, dari promosi, hingga menghiasi tabloid, bahkan televisi, sedangkan bob merdeka memikirkan bagian produksi, satu dan banyak cerita akhirnya "putus" disini  , dan bob merdeka yang selama ini "jarang" menghiasi media mulai tampil (live hard rock FM bdg, iRadio bdg, GoGirl Magazine edisi april, tribun jabar, dan media televisi (selamat pagi trans 7)

infomaicih itu sebuah akun twitter yang dulu "katanya" dibuat oleh konsumen tepat 2 hari setelah event trademark, selain dari akun2 lainnya (maicihYEAH (akun kontroversial dengan memberikan data dan fakta persaingan maicih), kondemaicih (akun non-resmi dari maicih yang isinya memberi humor2 segar), dll), namun sang admin dari akun tsb membantu dengan meng infokan penjualan maicih di bandung, bahkan di indonesia, tetapi setelah followernya mencapai 30rb, terjadilah hal yang diatas "penihilan" terhadap pihak tertentu membuat nya menjadi akun maicih "terbesar". sedangkan @maicih adalah official akun untuk produk maicih yang dimulai dari juni 2010 (akun ini dibuat di oktober 2010 dan pertama kali tweet adalah bulan april..cmiiw) dengan tujuan mencegah hal2 yang tidak diinginkan, begitu juga dengan websitenya (www.maicih.com) yang sudah dari awal "dipegang" oleh bob merdeka (disamping LEGAL berupa Hak Paten merk dagang, Dinkes, Halal, LP. Pom)

 
untuk rasa dan kualitas, sepenuhya diserahkan kepada konsumen, karena disini lidah yang menentukan, apakah condong ke @maicih atau ke infomaicih karena selera orang pasti berbeda
